Panel Homes NT with offices in the Northern Territory and North Queensland are distributors of quality flat packed homes that can be delivered anywhere by truck or sea. 

Panel Homes NT wall panels are made from extremely strong PFC structurally insulated Panel systems comprising of 80mm high density insulation with 10mm PFC sheets either side, giving superior strength and uncompromised finishes. 

These homes are cyclone proof, fireproof, vermin proof and highly resistant to mould.

The energy efficiency is amongst the highest available and the acoustic sound travel is minimal due to the great insulation value of the wall panels.  

Our homes come pre manufactured saving thousands of dollars in trade labour which averages out to 30% cheaper than our competitors. 

The pre manufacturing eliminates any cutting or welding of my materials on site and the average home can be completed in 6 weeks start to finish. 

We have a range of plan’s to choose from or you can provide your own plan that can be adapted to our system. 

Our system allows you to build from a single room to multi storey buildings. 

You can choose either to have your home on a concrete slab or on an elevated floor system that’s ideal for low areas subject to flooding and areas where cement is expensive. 

All materials are proudly Australian made and there is no material delays for supply.
